Service Agreement

  • All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or in writing.
  • Quotes are provided based on the information shared. Any changes in inventory, distance, or special requirements may affect the final pricing.
  • Services are subject to availability and may be rescheduled in case of unforeseen circumstances.

    • Booking & Payment

  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

    • Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate information is provided for quotation and service delivery.
  • Valuable or personal items (cash, jewelry, documents, etc.) must not be included in the items to be transported.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all items are packed prior to the team’s arrival unless packing service is included.

    • Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
